This time,
both international and national restaurant chains have succeeded in retaining
their appetites for Winnipeg market despite they have witnessed rash of several
new eateries springing up during the recent few years. Particularly, Canadian’s
biggest full-service restaurateur named Cara Operations Limited in Ontario has
succeeded in maintaining its repo in the restaurants
and food business with the establishment and successful operations of more
than 850 different outlets operating under its well-known brands. These include
Swiss Chalet, Montana, Milestones Grill, Kelsey, Fionn MacCool's and so on.
Even senior officials working under the Ontario-based restaurant said that the
company is aiming to launch about 15 new restaurants in different parts of the
entire Canadian city during the coming five years, including various Fionn
MacCool's, Swiss Chalets and Milestones.
According
to the updates revealed by the information
systems of Cara Operations in the latest magazine of Franchise Canada,
some of its chains have aimed towards franchises for the market of Manitoba,
which include a family dining restaurant named Ricky's All Day Grill, mid-scale
casual dining outlet referred as Rockwell's Bar & Grill. In addition, it
has incorporated various pizza delivery and takeout centers named as Panago,
Tacos and Quesada Burritos. After this, the company has aimed to launch its
Swiss Chalet restaurant scheduled for the month of July in the previous
building of Chicken Delight located at the corner of Stafford Street and
Corydon Avenue. According to the statement given by vice-president of the
franchise named Alexander Gerzon, "A great restaurant market, good
population base... we've had a great history with the Winnipeg market."
